I gave up coffee and it has boosted my workout big time. I'm more hydrated and there are less peaks and valleys in my energy levels.
What have you given up that's helped?
Pop and koolaid is what I gave up my liver and kidney functions have increased by a lot! And I never had much coffee so it wasnt a big deal! Try making home made tea! Or just fresh cut fruit in a jar of water and try combinations of different fruit :) .
