What one food or drink did you give up?

I gave up coffee and it has boosted my workout big time. I'm more hydrated and there are less peaks and valleys in my energy levels.

What have you given up that's helped?

Soda! Ah, that was difficult!

soda! my coffe now pure coffee.. no sugar. No cream

Well I went vegetarian. And I don't eat candy anymore really.

I used to drink 4 or 5 cokes a day. I cut soda out years ago luckily.

Pop and koolaid is what I gave up my liver and kidney functions have increased by a lot! And I never had much coffee so it wasnt a big deal! Try making home made tea! Or just fresh cut fruit in a jar of water and try combinations of different fruit :) .
