Can't seem to get rid of lower belly fat! Been doing mostly core exercises but this stubborn lower belly just cant seem to go away! What to do?

Can't seem to get rid of lower belly fat! Been doing mostly core exercises but this stubborn lower belly just cant seem to go away! What to do?

Core exercises will strengthen the muscle but to get rid of the fat you should do things like high intensity interval training so you can burn more fat. You can just add a little circuit to the end of your workout :)

Thank you! That's the hard part though. Tried HIIT workouts and got my ankle injured thrice in 2mos time. Will try to incorporate that to my usual routine but really gradual this time

Yeah, just do exercises that you can do at your oevel without hurting yourself. Like maybe dont use weights at first and slowly build your strength up and then do the harder modifications. You'll get there in the end!

I hear weight lifting is good. More muscle burns more fat.

That does the trick too. Lift heavy! (But safely)

Abs are made in the kitchen I really don't any ab exercises  1 day/wk yoga or pilates once a week or so
