I count my calories everyday and never exceed 838, I spend at least 2hrs at the gym 4x a week, and try to do 20-50mins daily of a freestyle workout... Been consistent with everything for 6weeks now and I've only lost 2lbs!! Any tips? Thanks!!

Eat more! 828 is way too low. Your body needs at least 1200 to function not including your exercise so eat around 1500. If you don't eat enough your body stores everything you eat as fat. That is why you haven't seen results. I have just hit week 6 and my total weight loss is 13lb for the 6 weeks because i am fueling my body properly. Give it a go. You will see results.  Good luck.

I should've gone into detail a little more. My diet always ends in 838 since I count the calories I burn daily so I intake around 1200-1600 if I weren't to include my calories burned. My body looks different my butt/legs are firmer etc.... I was just expecting to lose fat b4 gaining muscle.

You should aim to end the day at a minimum 1200 calories, reward those muscles for working hard! :)

Oh i see. Sorry then lol. I thought you were consuming so little and then exercising! Do you do muscle strengthening exercises in addition to some cardio? That way you lose weight but not muscle. Also is there a chance that you haven't lost a lot of weight becuase you have gained muscle?

I don't drink soda or intake any sugars that are not fruit and my salt intake is very low. I do an hr of cardio and an hr on weights. I work out vigorously. I try not to leave the gym until I'm sweaty and my legs feel like jello.

Appreciate the responses everyone!

Based on that you need the end of the day calories to be between 1300-1500! Reward your body for working so hard and may sound crazy but increasing your current calorie intake some will get you in fat loss mode!
