I need some tips for reducing food to loose weight

Reduce junk food and eat more veggies and lean protein (like chicken and fish). It can be hard to eat veggies when your younger, it took me a long time to like them. Find some veggies you like and google something like "best zucchini recipes" or "vegetable stir fry recipe". Good luck!
Try eating three regular meals a day + 2 snack-ish small meals. If you still feel hungry, it's probably because you need to drink water, or bussy yourself. Try eating healthy meals with low calories per meal so you can have more meals during the day, keeping yourself energized.
