How should I plan my meals throughout the day?

So I have an unusual schedule. I wake up at 7:30 am and start work at my restaurant at 5:00 pm which goes until midnight. I go I the gym three times a week for strength training and I usually do three HIIT cardio sessions a week for diffent minutes each. How many meals should I eat and when should I eat them? Is it really true that smaller meals boost metabolism? Because I searched that online and numerous websites said that it is a myth that smaller meals help you lose weight

Hey,  spreading meals out to lose weight is BS.  It's a myth that's been debunked a long time ago. Calculate your calories /macros and eat whenever is convenient for you,  don't overcomplicate and the results will follow  :-)
