Well I just had 2 Chicken Fajitas was lovely!
Just keep it healthy and eat like a cave man a little often. Very small portions 6 times a day...the old 3 meal theory is dead now its not what man had for 6 million years..only the past 50 years!
Keep carbs low and protein higher..kill fatty foods, fruits and juice drinks can contain lots of sugar and calories so watch out for them..you set!
