Lower + upper belly and thighs
I need to get rid of the fat whenever I look into the mirror I feel insecure I have lost weight im happy about that I just need those 10 pounds gone then start toning but I need someone to help me where I start its just my stomach and thighs so please help!!
Do some time of cardio everytime you work out for at least 30 minutes and work in building and toning muscle with your cardio. By doing this you will lose the weight and tone your muscle at the same time
