Diet first my friend :) then progressively workout toward your goal. Cardio is the best start or even aqua aerobics

Don't depend only on different workouts You have 2 watch out your meals ..I have many friends are just eating yogurt and dates every meal to lose their weight ..I wish 4 U a healthy body
