I ate way to many calories today over 500 more than my goal (1200) how do I burn 600 calories in the best way?

I went over by 1000 today first time in about 4 weeks...my body and mind needed it and I enjoyed it...
Feeling quilty will not help you will get depressed and do it again and again!
You know what to do tomorrow and day after and so on..so get on with it!
