If the weather is HOT do I burn more calories if I workout??

Yes you do burn calories when working out in a hot weather.

Sorry dear but it's the opposite. Your body burns more calories to stay warm when it's cold. When it's hot you sweat more but can burn fewer calories. Over many days this matters, but in terms of a single workout, not so much. But whatever the temp, just get out there and do it!

As far as I know, it doesn't. Sweating means nothing except losing water weight. Some people sweat easier then others and it doesn't matter. Never use how much you are sweating to judge a workout. Working out in heat means pay attention to your hydration a bit more.
