Losing weight

How can I focus more on losing weight than gaining muscle? I wanna do both but wanna lose the rest of my belly weight then start working on muscle

Cardio is a big key and eating healthy to losing weight. Doing cardio such as running, biking, swimming, things that envolve such activities is a great way to losing weight.

My favourite cardio is Jump Rope (ec)

Oh and though using jump rope i have lost 17lb so it works

How long do u jump rope for how many days that u've seen such great results?

Do both. Lean muscle burns fat. I do cardio every day and alternate days for muscle groups I strength train.
