I wanna look fit and I do.. ish... everything's fine but my stomach tends to still have more fat :/ what can I do to specifically target that
I have the same problem. I was told planks & sit ups were really helpful & I guess they are pretty good
I have the same thing and i was told sit ups and crunches don't take off that fat. It just builds muscle. Go for full cardio(excessive)
Kettlebell swings are about the best fat burning option. Both cardio and strength in one movement.
Do Tabata intervals on off days.
