I did hardcore workout until I found out I was pregnant.... im 5 months pregnant and dont want to gain more weight then what I need.

Look at some of my workouts, they are easy on the knees. Might still be able to do them. You can always do yoga. I had a friend who didn't know she was pg while she was in basic training in the Air Force. I want to say she went through tech school also pg and didn't know. Doing all the hard core work outs that we do in the AF. Her baby turned out just fine. I would definitely suggest yoga.

Just eat healthy. And do what a doctor recommends.
