Back pain and weight loss

Hi there, any one else trying to exercise and lose weight with back pain?

Not back pain, but knee pain. I've had 3 acl surgeries, pinched nerve in the base of my skull, miniscus is going out in good knee, broke left ankle twice, messed rt one up pretty bad to the point it goes numb...hips, back, shoulders, elbows, wrist, etc....all out of whack...disabled veteran. I know your pain... don't give up, stay strong. Check out some of my workouts, they are easy on the knees; might be easy on the back. Ive gone from 210 to 162 in 2 years. Good luck. Congratulations on your weight loss, that's fantastic! You seem to have a lot of issues, it's great that you are managing to exercise!

Yes I know what you mean. I can't put any outward pressure on my lower back, and it makes it surprisingly hard to exercise. Would be great if someone that understands body mechanics properly could revoked a program.

I find the abs exercises hardest. The physio says core strength is important for back pain, so I guess I just need to stick with it and hope I get better at them!
