Im trying to tone my legs. The inside thigh is straight jelly. HELP!!!!

It is a real workout to start with. I couldn't do more than 2mins when i started. Now i do 20mins almost every day. Trust me it really works for the legs lol. Good luck

Thank you for the advice. The diet is the hard part. I've been counting daily how many calories, total fat, carbs and proteins I'm taking it. I'm going to hit like press hard and own it!!!
