Upper body.

Unlike most people, I love leg day. If anything, I work on my legs the most. I see a lot of changes in my lower body but now my upper body just looks off. What can I do to not look so top-heavy or lose some upper body fat?

The opposite of what you're doing. Stop with the leg days.

Lift weights.

I think a pushup, plank and crunch set should do the trick. Use variety in your planking
