Well um its like ur always hungry well ive cut out the cals and lost 6 lbs that means a bit more tto my goal

Count calories everytime you eat, there are some great apps for that and pen and paper always works.

Also try chugging a glass of water 10 to 15 minutes before all meals, It will make you feel fuller before you eat.

Lastly drink more smothies and fruit juices (non artificial ones) liquids make you feel fuller then solid foods :) good luck hope this helps you like it has helped me.

When ever you're hungry and can't resist just eat health snacks 
I lost 30 kilos in a month and a half because off this 
Good luck in reaching your goal

I take an all natural supplement 30 minutes before a meal to keep the full feeling without over eating. This isn't always the first resort but I found it helps me.
