Not so Healthy eating

I need advice or tips on how I can stick to a healthy eating lifestyle. Anyone?

You can eat sweets 3 times daily. And ice cream can burn calories but you have to eat only one big spoon 3 times every week. When you feel hungry listen to music, chat with friends, do anything fun, or do some excercises this will let hunger go away and eat every 2 or 3 hours. Wish i helped you Chelsea :)

You can drink tea when you are hungry or smoothies, they really helped me

I dont eat healty either but i try to make a lot of exercise xD

Not so much control. Usually just find whatevers in the house and cook it.

It's finding ways to make things healthier, choosing fruits and veggies often, baking or grilling over deep fried, plenty of water, and sweets in moderation. Stick to portion size and wait 15 minutes after eating before deciding to go for more, brain and stomach need to communicate and that takes about 15 minutes
