Hello...
I was wondering what are some good supplements/powder (protein, pre workout, post workout etc.) that would help me with weight loss...Thanks

First try to control your food/ drink intake before spending $.. might be that simple:-)

I believe cutting back on portions would help and when you feel hungry eat fruits and drink water. :-)

Thank you both...i already have the water part down..that's all i drink..its the food i have problems with..i try to cut back but i still feel hungry

I personally haven't used this one but I have heard that bsns isoburn protein yields good results
