From 185p, to 168p, in a month and half , that something was really fun. Infact, eating less and healthy; and fasting . Was the key, but not everyone can fast, by other way eat lightly and workout , you will see the differnce within a month and half!
It's not not that hard but it's also not that easy. You said it yourself "not everyone can fast" which means not everyone is the same and won't get the same results.
The sure way is eating right and exercising. And not everyone wants to do this this because it's to hard or it's too much work. They want to look for shortcuts.
You shouldn't fast if you want to lose weight. When you fast, your body thinks it's starving [which it is], and starts storing fat. When you start to eat again, your body is still in fat storing mode and continues to store energy as fat. So it's really more harmful to you if you fast. Try a good healthy diet instead
