If you've been losing fat, then just keep at it. You can't tell your body
where to burn its fats next. It differs for everyone.
You can speed up the process though. Intensify your cardios (preferably on an empty stomach) and have a healthy diet. I know it's generic, but that's how it's done. Those last few pounds are a major pain to get rid of.
