Try setting a realistic goal first. If you're planning on losing ten pounds each month which is certainly not impissible you're getting into alot of stress not only mentally but physically. You will need to cut alot of calories off of your diet and feel tired all the time and when you'll finally lose weight you'll gain it all back and more since you previously shut down your metabolism.
Do it the healthy way,it will take more time but the results will last longer.
Find a health blog and follow it it will keep u motivated and help you understand everything you're doing from the t (if you have tumblr ex find someone who's trying to lose weight the healthy way) please do not starve yourself it might seem easier but you'd have list two months of your life for no reason or purpose
