So here's the thing, I eat right, workout a lot, have a well above normal Muscle Mass and 15% body fat. On paper my fitness score is a whopping 102. So why is it that people I know with average muscle mass and 20% body fat look so much slimmer than me? Granted I am an endomorph but it doesnt make sense that I would have a belly and very little torso definition when others look so good for 20% fat. Can anyone explain why this is and what I can do about it?
I'm exactly the same bro and it sucks I'm at 18% and don't look anywhere close to it the thing is our bodies stack fat and unfortunately its all in the torso I'm sure you got killer arms like me though lol. My best advice if you want definition is do what I do and look into doing half strong man workouts for fat loss and strength and then the other half body building for firmness and tone
