The best teas to boost your metabolism are green tea(my favorite) and ginger with lemon (I never drink it it's my least favorite) but you have to understand that the most important drink is water(cold if you can). However you won't lose weight just drinking tea you have to be active and have a healthy lifestyle good luck!
Fat gets stored in different places in different people, maybe your spot is your stomach. Unless it's bloating, then some cardio and core training would do you good but mostly you have to watch the quality of your food(add more spices like cinnamon eat fruits like berries etc).if it is just bloating try including more fiber and water ^^
I personally use to drink hot green tea with lemon juice every morning with my workouts and that mixed with my workouts helped me lose 20 pounds. Unfortunately I stopped both and gained it back but I am starting over now. =) Good luck with the weight loss ^.~

So I heard drinking 5 cups green tea will burn fat naturally.
Green tea and Oolong tea are the best. The thing is, you dont want to lose weight by just drinking tea, if you do so, you'll have lose skin, and it will be hard for you to tone it later. So my advice, drink tea but side by side do work out. And dont start with Oolong tea, it is much stronger version of green tea, go with green tea first, continue it for 3 months (atleast 3 cups a day) and then you can start Oolong tea.
