So I started the Dr. Ian Shred It diet last Saturday snd I must say I lost 2 pounds by sunday. Evrn though im only supposed to weight myself every Saturday in the morning, I just couldnt hrlp it lol. I love this diet because its so simple and easy and it gived you plenty of options every dingle day for six weeks, food and exercise. So if your looking for a diet that is not a quick fix but will actually change your eating habits all together pls try this diet.
