Hi all .. I had a C section 4 months ago and I have gained 35 kilos during pregnancy .. all the extra weight is in hips and thighs .. and I have an extra far in belly too .. any ideas to lose weight guys .. plzzz

Heal first c sect takes time to heal inside and then start slow

You can go on a diet, and walk it off while waiting for your body to finish healing.

Yeah morning walks is a best choice. And be careful on ur diet cz u must be breastfeeding right?

Yes,  I am breastfeeding .. and I feel like I need sweets and carbs all the time
