Hey can someone help me I read somewhere that doing sit-up are not the exercise you want to do if you looking to lose your belly I've been doing table top crunches and plain crunches am I going in the right direction? I also go fo a bike ride every day,I do some runnig but not much I dont have alot of time on my hands, thats one of my problems. Thank you!

Ab exercises will tone the muscles but cardio is what gets the belly reducing. It is important though to to muscle exercises as having more muscle burns more calories all day (and night!) Big muscle groups...legs, back, chest etc and walking, cycling and running....do intervals of hard work/easy work that helps too. Of u want a beginner circuit I just put one up on my workouts Hope that helps

Hey there, i know you can do that, just focus, diet meal, dont eat too much fats, eat small amount of rice one's a day and then do work out.
