Daily meal plan suggestions!!
Hi. I'm new. I'm 5'2 weighs about 150 at age 24
I just had my baby in march.2014.
I've been tryna lose weight.
What do you guys eat daily?? Super curious.
So I could know how to adjust too.
I mean how small or big of a cut back do you have to do?

If you want to lose a pound a week, which is a big goal, then eat around 1800 calories a day. Try and stay away from bread as much as possible because that turns into fat. I'd say eat lean meats with veggies and always drink water. Drink a lot of it too. Eat fruits veggies and nuts. If you get hungry then inhale a glass of water which will trick your stomach into thinking it is full. So I'd recommend getting a calorie counter app and keep up with it and you will lose the weight!
