OK so I'll be fourteen in October and I wanna lose weight very soon. As soon as possible! I'm 87 KGS and I wanna be around 65 kgs. Also I am a hypothyroid patient. So what should I do like ull know any workout I should do and what diet to follow. I AM A PURE VEGETARIAN. I am NOT allowed to eat soya, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage,groundnut.

Work out regulary and eat healthy things which will give your energy, just like fruits (bananas, apples...) and cereals. Also, think to eat a big breakfast (you'll burn those calories during the day) but eat almost nothing on the evening: a vegetables soup is enough. I hope you'll reach your goal :-)
