OK so I'll be fourteen in October and I wanna lose weight very soon. As soon as possible! I'm 87 KGS and I wanna be around 65 kgs. Also I am a hypothyroid patient. So what should I do like ull know any workout I should do and what diet to follow. I AM A PURE VEGETARIAN. I am NOT allowed to eat soya, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage,groundnut.
