Does anyone have any diet and exercise tips for losing my lower belly fat and define my abs?
You can't spot loose fat...your body stores it randomly and so burns randomly...
You can do ab work to tone the area, leg raises and air bike, but you will also need to do general exercises long with other fitness to loose the fat.

You could eat less sugar stuff like cake, sweet, cho and avoid salty food!train more with squats and plank!
leg lifts are the best for it... those darn mean hurting leg lifts.. T_T can you tell i hate em... Im wondering if there is another type of work out for it.. i know a certain type of sit up works but not as efficient as leg lifts
I do this and it works for me.... I do leg lift to 90 degrees use abs to put me into the v sit up position then make 4 pilates hip circles in the air to the right 4 left then lower your back to ground using abs only then lower legs. do 20 leg lifts and repeat the first process that's 1 set. I do as many as my body will allow then go for one more set and stretch my abs and hips out
