I am 140 pounds an I need something to help lose weight. Any ideas?
I would suggest interval training and a glass of water every morning when you get up, before and after every meal and before you go to sleep at night.
Also evaluate your eating habits and switch to better choices.
Just remember that your weight doesn't tell you much about your strength, endurance, speed etc. In the end it's just gravity:-)
