Weight loss for a newbie
I am totally new at dieting and work out unregularly.
I'd like to lose my body fat so when I work out I'll be able to gain some muscles.
Do you have any healthy tips to follow or weight loss programme you'd recommend?
What do you eat generally to stay healthy and not gain weight?
