What's a good carb control shake????

I find that slimfast and atkins shakes work pretty well to lose weight and be low in carbs. I lost around 60lbs a few years with just slimfast diet and exercise.

I'll try the Atkins.. the slim fast didn't go to well with my lactose sensitivity.. thanks Katherine and good luck on your journey

Are you diabetic or do you just want to cut carbs from your diet?

I'm borderline diabetic and there's several cases amongst family members

I'm sorry I took so long to reply. There are some some protein shakes that are zero carb but there are generally more expensive. Hydrowhey by Optimum Nutrition is one but like I said it is more expensive and the taste takes some getting used to. Glucerna is made especially for diabetics but again cost factor. Shakes aren't a must have unless your always on the go however.
