And also become healthier. What is the latest that I can eat and any suggestions on What to eat?

Well people say that one shouldnt eat 3 hours before bed. And eat like Henry said, but also add fiber to your diet like wheat, oatmeal, multigrain and apples or things like that. Try to have it balanced. And as clean as you can. No sugary stuff, too much salt or anything fried.
