We have 3 birthdays this month and don't want to risk not following threw so starting the 6th that way I'll have my shopping done and everything set up. I'm also joining fitness boot camp in Oct so everything will go together.

I have 3 birthdays this month one being mine so waiting till the 6th to start the challange so I don't screw it up by eating bad or not working out. I'm adding swimming and walking to my everyday activities and in Oct will be joining a fitness boot camp but a fun one. Adding Advocare to in and eating right along with working out will help me burn this weight and I plan on keeping it off once I start.
