I dont know what I am doing wrong. I am eating right and making healthier choses in what I eat. I workout atleast 30 mins a day. I cut out sweets and bread. If I do eat bread its wheat. So what am I doing wrong? Been on this for 3 weeks now. And up and down with 4lbs. Keeping and losing the same 4lbs. So for me how do I determine how much calories intake should I eat and how much working out should I do? Somthing has got to give

What's your current daily calorie intake? and please tell me it's not 1200 calories. How many calories are you burning a day?

I dont keep track of my intake and I burn between 500-800

I'd highly recommend you track things for a week and see if you're eating enough and that the carb/protein/fat break down looks good
