Hey everybody, i'm Syafiq. I'm 172cm and weighs at 90kg Tomorrow (22 Sept 2014) is the day where i'm gonna challenge myself. The man that had always wanted to get rid of his man boobs and drop 15kg in 3 months. I had enough of people telling me about my man boobs Im changing my daily routine, changing my diet. I'm well motivate now, well here's my plan that i've plan for myself.
I'm doing the 300 push ups CHALLENGE too everyday
5KM RUN to kick start my day. Some Weight Training with my Tower 200 after Lunch and Freeletics a few hours before sleep.
Freeletics in the morning and Gym session.
Ps: For those that don't understand what i mean by Workdays & Off days. I work for 24hrs and 48hrs off.
I need a killer chest home workout routine. Anyone mind sharing it with me?

I'll try it man! I'm already doing 100burpees a day and 50crunches along with 4 days a weeks of gymming.
I think our man boobs will be the last parts of our bodies which will lose fat. Definitely need motivation and discipline to follow through. Good luck to us!
