Hey yall! I'm looking for some people who would like to complete this challenge with me. 30lbs to go and I'm at my goal weight of 140 lbs. Let's find different unique ways to lose weight! Who's in?

Did a 4 mile hike for 1.5 hours burned 250 cal.

I hiked up Mt. Rubidoux here in Riverside, CA sweating alot but made it all the way up and back down.:-)

Hey!!  Today I officially started and I don't necessarily need to lose 30# but I do have gross love handles that I can't freakin stand. Can I still join this?

I agree. I do find that it is more about a change in lifestyle than a diet. Though the two are very different things :P

Welcome everyone! Just want to start off and kind of tell everyone about myself. My name is Candace and I am 24 years old today. On January 14, 2014 I started my new lifestyle journey. My start weight was 229 lbs and that was my absolute highest. My current weight right now is 170lbs this is the lowest weight I've had since I was a freshmen in high school. For the past month I've been super busy with work, school and moving. Since I'm all moved in and settled I'm ready to get back on track. My ultimate goal is to run a 10k but I also wanna be at 140 lbs. I know not all of us have the same goals so what are your goals? They can be short term or long, don't matter to me .

Hi all I'm 40 y/o with a 3 year old. Gained 60 lbs with the pregnancy that lasted 3 years lol. I started my weight loss goals in March 2014 started at 187 July 2014 dropped to 160. Maintaining 160 since for past 2 months (passive phase) using the Active Passive Diet. Now ready for the active phase to loss last 20 lbs. With the same goal of 140 lbs. Dedicated to a new healthy life style.

Hi my name is Kenda my scale battery died but I'm guessing I still weigh around 170 lb my goal is 140 lb as well. I have been out of the practice of exercising for a while and need to get back in the habit

Hi everyone, my name is Giulia (pronounced Julia but it's italian lol) I was very overweight growing up. I played softball and other sports my whole life but I was still very overweight. When I was 14 I finally decided I needed to make a change, I felt sick often and I was always made fun of and I didn't want that anymore. I changed my rating habits and started working out hard-core. My starting weight is 168.2. Highest I've been besides being pregnant.  Use to be 130. I will settle for 140. Would be thrilled to get into my size 8.  My weight has been on for 3 years. After my last baby, hard time losing it. I will be there by February. Woohoo maroon 5 concert!!!!
