I walked 3 miles this morning. Took about 2 hours.
Just did cardio fit and trim for 17 minutes and burned 168 calories
I agree never call it a diet. I am slowly changing my eating habits

Welcome everyone! Just want to start off and kind of tell everyone about myself. My name is Candace and I am 24 years old today. On January 14, 2014 I started my new lifestyle journey. My start weight was 229 lbs and that was my absolute highest. My current weight right now is 170lbs this is the lowest weight I've had since I was a freshmen in high school. For the past month I've been super busy with work, school and moving. Since I'm all moved in and settled I'm ready to get back on track. My ultimate goal is to run a 10k but I also wanna be at 140 lbs. I know not all of us have the same goals so what are your goals? They can be short term or long, don't matter to me .
I'd like to join if it's ok. I'm 24, 5'3, and 154lb. I'd like to be 120 before december ends but I lose motivation really really fast. -_-"
Just walked for 30 min. I have pedometer going hoping to reach the first goal of 10000 steps today.
Ran 1 mile today in my Lunch and rowed for 5 minutes
I climbed stirs today and up and down slope running!

My starting weight is 168.2. Highest I've been besides being pregnant. Use to be 130. I will settle for 140. Would be thrilled to get into my size 8. My weight has been on for 3 years. After my last baby, hard time losing it. I will be there by February. Woohoo maroon 5 concert!!!!
