I'm new to this app and did my first workout this morning my goal is to lose my stomach and tone my entire body I was wondering if anyone had any advice on any vitamins or supplements to help on my adventure
Water and plenty of it...you cant buy your goals. Despite what companies trying to get your money say.
People may recommend protein but unless your weight lifting to build muscle then your wasting your money for fat loss and toning, just working out and monitoring your food intake.
You want to keep your calories down...no magic pills or potions needed keep them around 1700 to 2000 a food diary helps to keep track dont forget drinks! You can loose weight with diet alone exercise boosts it.
Vitamins most people and docs say its a waste of money but I take any A to Z multi vitamin...I used to get ill a lot and since taking em i dont...some say its a placebo if it is its wirth nit getting ill.
