I don't think so. I mean it's not bad or anything. It's just not great. While it whouldn't be a deciding factor for me, if I had the choice between two girls that I liked equally well, and one had a six pack and the other was just lean I whould probably Pick the lean one.

I don't think ripped abs look that good on anyone. It can be really impressive yes, and sure you should be lean, but I have no interrest in walking around with ripped abs all the time, nor do I want this from my girlfriend. To me a bodyfat % between 10-14 for men and 18-22 on women looks much more natural and healthy.

Yes they do, and good muscle time just not bulky, I don't like a girl that is bulkier than a dude

At first I wondered why girls even workout. I think that it's petty cool to have abs for a girl. Just as long as they are toned. They don't have to block a punch, but just look nice. What I really don't get, is why girls cuss, and try to act all mean and tough. Personally, thats not a girl that I would like (I think...).

Yes it's super sexy as long as your not going overboard with defining them.

You don't need it , you look great.  Just burn some calories every day and eat healthy and that's it. Six pack looks better on men because men gain fat around their stomach so it's better to lose it.

Flat tummy with some side definition is great. I think a 6 pack is too much for me.

I can see a lot of guys here like the 6 pack. So here is my objoctive advice.
It's most unlikely that guys who like abs Will turn you Down if you don't have abs, but a guy who thinks it's disgusting Will.

So if it makes you happy to walke around with ripped abs go ahead, but don't do it for anyone else. Because that will not be worth it.

I think a lot of guys will say whichever one will make the girl happier at the time (I hope I'm wrong). But personally, I think that being able to see abs on a girl is sexy; not completely ripped but slightly defined.

It's better to have a flat stomac than a 6 pack for women. Women look good if they focused more on their back and leg muscles (personal opinion)

For me personally a fit girl is much more sexier than a ripped one. Abs a sure shot no for me. Nothing can beat a well sculpted butt though.

This is a great article. But, there are simple ways to do this. Not sure you agree or not. I wasted so much time in inefficient methods to achieve results. you could understand what i mean here,
