What do you guys normally eat for your weight loss diet?

Natural foods. Nothing that comes in a box. Lean ground turkey. Fresh fruit and veg. Whole grain bread or tortilla wraps. Cut out deep fried foods. Fast foods. Replace mayo with avocado. Things like that. Watch the sodium and sugar intake.

If your looking strictly for weight loss the first thing I would do is try to eliminate processed sugars that alone will be a big change.  Toy for have to completely eliminate them but when possible try to.
