A lot of hiit cardio combines with crunches reverse crunches hanging leg lifts and planks are some of my favorite and exercises. But remember Lower belly fat is east to gain but very difficult to get rid of. I've been working out consistently for 6 months I'm starting to see results so just be patient and work hard.
