Need help to lose lower belly fat I done the sits up 1 month I loss belly fat but not lower any suggestion s

I am not an expert or what but I think you need to continue your routine. And work on your diet. No beer or any alcoholic beverages. That's the hardest part to trim.

A lot of hiit cardio combines with crunches reverse crunches hanging leg lifts and planks are some of my favorite and exercises. But remember Lower belly fat is east to gain but very difficult to get rid of. I've been working out consistently for 6 months I'm starting to see results so just be patient and work hard.

Try freeletics...see the videos on YouTube. Download the app. The workouts are very similar to the one's described here but a slight change in method and rest interval and you wouldn't believe how effective these seemingly easy moves become.
