I have a small amount of fat on my lower back, is there a way of getting rid of it or is it better staying there?

Nutrition and watching your intake is KEY.. HIIT, TABATA style workouts will melt stored cells

Hi! You may want to read this tips here: http://www.livestrong.com/article/95665-rid-lower-back-fat/ Your diet needs to be cleaned up, you have to burn calories and you need to build some metabolically active muscle. Most of all, you need to be disciplined. :)

Do half bridges, wheel pose holds and squats to give a shape to your back chain, while using HIIT or Tabatas to shed that little fat. Try to do that Full Body Tabata "Dizzynator" . It's one of my children and it helped a lot of people who asked me for help irl :)

You can target muscle, but not fat. Fat has to be dealt with the old fashioned way; diet and exercise.

I have a secret and I swear I can get you a six pack in less than a month if you just let me train you for 4 days a week 3 days minimum. full body workout but your abs will show up first and you will be ripped . No crazy diets either. I will do it for free you just have to meet me at the gym

I can even send you before and after pictures of myself I went from 225 down to 145 up to 175 that's all using whole numbers

Believe it or not I have a much easier way but you have to work out a lot on your whole body but it just takes about 25 minutes a day, 4 times a week. You don't have to live in the same town to get the info

A lot of mountain climbers,  then hop up jump, burpee, back to mountain climber. Repeat see how long you last
