I have a small amount of fat on my lower back, is there a way of getting rid of it or is it better staying there?
Easy... it's kind of hard to explain just look at my new photo and there will be a picture of an easy back workout.
Do half bridges, wheel pose holds and squats to give a shape to your back chain, while using HIIT or Tabatas to shed that little fat. Try to do that Full Body Tabata "Dizzynator" . It's one of my children and it helped a lot of people who asked me for help irl :)
You can target muscle, but not fat. Fat has to be dealt with the old fashioned way; diet and exercise.

Believe it or not I have a much easier way but you have to work out a lot on your whole body but it just takes about 25 minutes a day, 4 times a week. You don't have to live in the same town to get the info
