Eating healthy but still gaining weight
I don't know what I can do.
I am training to lose weight since two years but I don't lost any weight moreover I gained 2 kilos.
It can't be because I eat alot because I count calories .
How should I eat to lose weight ?
Please I am trying for two years.
Drink a protein shake after your workouts as well.
I don't know your workout regimen but if something is not getting you results after 2 years of consistency, it's time to change it up or hike up the intensity. I know a lot of great intense work outs message me if you want to know more.
Don't trust the scale so much, especially if you've been weight training. You're packing on lean muscle which weighs more than fat but you'll look leaner. But if that's not the case, up your cardio (run/walk etc). Eating every 2 to 3 hours helps your metabolism stay cranking, so don't starve yourself the body will store fat. Most meals should be more vegetables then next protein, small on carbs (like grains, but complex carbs like red potatoes, sweet potatoes, can be a little larger portion). When weight training just up the protein to equal the veggies.
