I feel like I can never trust the scale.. I jump around 5-9 lbs every couple hours!! Does anyone have the same problem I do.. And if so do you guys have a another way?
It's normal that your weight change during the day, since you eat and drink. looking at the scale everyday will demotivate so you should only look at the scale every 2 week or so to see some real improvement.
Checking the scale every two weeks is good. It can be hard because you want to know but try and at least wait a week. Also weigh yourself in the morning. It will be the most accurate.
