Motivation and challenge!

I need to lose 30lbs+ by the end of this year anyone has the same goals? Please comment! But I get demotivated very fast.

Try to focus on what motivates u most... if u don't like weights then go for a zumba class or circuit but do something... walking about 30 mins listening to ur favorite music will help u keep going... when u feel with no motivation or mood think about the health benefit, not just about dropping lbs... just like a medicine ur doc prescribed, working out is a therapy for ur well being...
