Does running up and down the stairs and slope really help? I have been doing that for a while but I gained 2 kilograms instead of losing. I increase thee number of floors once I feel that I am able to do it easily!
Chance are you are putting on muscle in your legs which is going to help you burn more fat.
Yeah you most likely gained some muscle on ur quads and glutes from running up stairs. If you really want to drop lbs. Try interval training sprint walk sprint walk etc. And by sprint I mean run as if a wild pack of dogs is chasing you. Push your heart rate to the max.
