Losing fat but gaining muscle
I need a little help, I want to loose 50lbs. But I want to loose fat but also want to gain muscle at the same time
Protein drink Isolate Whey Protein before and while lifting weights. You have to lift weights, that's how I did it....where are you? I know a great trainer that helped me :)
Do heaps of cardio (maybe HIIT) to lose fat. Bodybuilding with weights to increase muscle.
Eat a lot of protein and limit carbohydrates by eating less white bread, sugar etc and get carbs from fruits and veg.
