I need a meal program or any program to lose weight

Everything depends on what's your activity level (how active your day is, how often you workout) because you then determine how many calories you need to consume daily. Ideally to lose weight you'll need to consume around 1500 calories to lose weight. Lots of fruit and vegetables, protein, the whole grains. Healthy snacking between meals.
