What type of vitamins do you take? I take Fish oil, L-lysine, Garlic, Nirvana, Multivitamin

I only started working out about a week ago but I'm taking creatine and I'm about to get on a potassium supplement

I take multi vit with cod liver oil.  Glucosamine with chondroitin,  garlic,  calcium and as needed ginseng

Multi vitamin,  vitamin d3, calcium phosphate,  fish oil, creatine, carnitine, amino acid, ginko biloba,  probiotic, glutamine, and melatonin to help sleep.

I drink this chlorophyll drink called Green2o (like h2o but with green not h). I don't really take anything else coz it does everything for me. The chlorophyll cleans my body out every day, and the contents include the equivalence of about 1 lb of vegetables worth of vitamins and minerals. And for once, something healthy tastes good. Haha
